It’s very straightforward! HPH Corporation guarantees that you will be 100% completely satisfied with our products. If you are not, return the product within 10 days of receipt (For international customers, 30 days to allow for shipping times) for a full refund (minus shipping costs, of course).
We only ask that during your initial testing of the product, you wear it over your regular undergarment (not for the full 10 days) and include a copy of your invoice along with the completed return form when sending the product back to us. Returns must be returned in the original packaging as received.
Products found to be excessively worn, dirty, soiled, or not in the original condition when sent to you will be denied a refund or exchange. Refunds are at the sole discretion of HPH Corporation.
If the HPH Product does not work for you, simply send it back and get your money back! Or, if you need a different size, simply fill out the form and send it back to us.
The only stipulations are:
Products can not have been worn or altered – only tried on top of an undergarment.
Must be returned in original product packaging.
Returns and exchanges must contain a copy of the invoice and completed Return/Exchange form.
Shipment back to us must be postmarked/dated before the 10th day of delivery to you (30 days for International Customers).
Shipping expenses to or from HPH Corp. will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds are generally processed at the end of the month.
