The HPH Disc Cushion is the standard support insert included with each HPH hernia brief or boxer. It is designed to provide targeted, comfortable support for inguinal hernias when placed inside the garment’s inner pockets.
Important: Each HPH hernia brief or boxer includes one disc cushion. For individuals with hernias on both sides, one additional disc cushion is required.

The non-absorbent interior helps maintain comfort and hygiene, and the cushion can be washed easily when needed.
